啓和会グループ合同新年会が開催されました。施設間の親睦がメインテーマ。グループ内には約４０の施設がありますが、近くにあっても意外と限られたスタッフしかコミュニケーションする機会がなかったりもします。この日はクイズゲームやアトラクション、おいしい料理を食べながら、会話を楽しむことができました。ということで、今年もみんなで頑張りましょう！！

会場は健康クラブパレール川崎。土曜日のサービス終了後、準備、そして片付けと手伝っていただいたみなさん、ごくろうさまでした。
As a Care Worker of the Keiwakai Group, the two went to the Training School (Keiwakai Medical College). The tight working schedule and classes never become a hindrance to further enhance their capabilities. This “Care Worker Initial Training” is the most important qualification for Level – Up in Nursing Career. It is the result of their apparent efforts that cleared the written test in Japanese and the practical test.

グループホーム小田のお正月のお飾りは、いつもながらの力作です。新聞紙で型取りして色紙を貼ってつくるダルマさん。グループホーム小田神社？の鳥居はダンボール製。みんなでワイワイにぎやかに、たくさん作りました。さあ今年も元気にスタートです！
グループホーム東小田の手づくりお正月飾りは貼り絵の狛犬です。居室が２フロアーなので各フロアが右と左を分担しました。合わせるとなんと真ん中に日の丸が・・ 金と銀でなんともおめでたい作品です！Ｇｏｏｄ Ｊｏｂ！
入居者様、職員がいっしょにつくる楽しい時間。気持ちよく新年を迎えることができました。
