2025 problem is a big problem for care industry. The elderly is increasing rapidly, and human resource of care will be decreasing. So Keiwakai group has been active to accept the Japanese foreign direct. At first we adopt foreign after interview in the local. After that we will educate the care and the Japanese against recruits in about three months. And welcome to Japan.

We started this unique employment style, more than one year has passed.
This time, we have further developed this business model, and finally opened a Japanese school. Location is Bulacan city of about two hours by car from Manila. The purpose of the establishment of the school is the training of nursing and care personnel with the communication skills in Japanese. We will do in our own hands, without outsourcing. So we can be more precise coaching.

In the Philippines, there are many young people who want to work in Japan. And they also have high interest in the care profession. All the students of “Keiwakai Nihongo Learning Center”, they have all very high motivation, they are working on lesson concentrated. They could not speak Japanese. But they will be able to greet in just one month.  And now they can read long sentence. The finally goal is a Japanese test pass in Manila.

Headquarters of Keiwakai always contacts to the students in real-time by Internet. We assesst language skills as well as aptitude and personality and support them. We are looking forward to come the day to work together.
